Through his business experience John Alguire, President of HPL, has been directly involved in the development, financing, building and management of townhouse condominiums, commercial retail and office centres, and specialized industrial buildings both in Canada and the United States.
Incorporated in 1981, Huntington Properties Ltd. began as a consulting company assisting large Corporate investors to analyze and purchase or sell commercial real estate. It quickly became evident that many investors required competent management, particularly foreign investors, so HPL became a Property Manager. Today HPL is a leader in the commercial property and condominium management field throughout South-Western Ontario.
 In order to better serve the South-Western Ontario real estate market Huntington Realty Services Ltd. was incorporated in 1985 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ontario. HRSL has transacted about $100 million in commercial real estate since 1985, some on a confidential basis for large Corporations; some for family investments; and some for privately owned small businesses.
 FHC was incorporated in 1987 as a developer and holding company. FHC continues to develop commercial-industrial projects in Ontario, mainly as design-build leaseback packages.
